We are excited to introduce our new English Baby Groups at the Family Center Westend! Whether you’re a new parent looking to connect or you want to explore sensory activities with your little one, these sessions offer a perfect way to meet other parents and spend quality time with your baby.
Mindful Mama Baby Sensory and Supprt
Join us for a special time to connect and share your experiences of early parenthood while your baby makes their first friends! Starting September 3rd, this group will run for 10 sessions over 10 weeks, meeting every Wednesday from 09:30 to 11:00 until November 5th.
Each session provides a fun and age-appropriate environment for you and your baby (newborns to around 10 months) to enjoy together. We will explore a variety of topics, from navigating the first weeks at home to themes relevant to international families. It’s a wonderful opportunity to bond with your baby and other parents in a relaxed and supportive space, as we have fun, learn, and make meaningful connections.
